His Eminence Cardinal Mar George Alencherry, the Major Archbishop of the Syro-Malabar Catholic Church and Metropolitan of the Major Archeparchy of Ernakulam-Angamaly urged the dedicated people to imitate Jesus Christ with an aim to evangelize the word of God. The Cardinal was addressing the gathering of devotees of the Syro Malabar Church at Kakkanad Mount St. Thomas.
His Excellency Bishop Mar Jose Ponnath, the chairman of the Commission for Commemorated Apostolic Communities, presided over the meeting. Fr. Shabin Karakunnel, Office Secretary Sr. Divocia, addressed the gathering.
