The Blessed Virgin found herself in an unknown place ,away from the comforts of her home and near ones when she realised that the time had come for the Saviour to be born. The parents looked around for a place fit enough for the Divine Child to be born. But strange are the ways of God who deigned that The king of Kings must be born in the humblest of all abodes,in a Manger. The Holy Mother would have suffered much to see Her child suffer from the cold on that wintry night in Bethlehem. Yet she did not question God.She did the best she could. She wrapped the little infant in the warmth of her love and adoration.

The Holy Mother  accepted everything that the Father planned for Her. She sets before us an example of perfect acceptance .Acceptance leads to humility. The ability to say ‘Let thy will be done’.      Let us also strive to accept everything that The Father has planned for us with humility knowing that His plans are for our good and salvation.
