Kochi: The Latin Church has helped the state government in the wake of the corona scandal and the lack of masks. Kerala Lutheran Catholic Association (KLCCA) has initiated a project in Kochi for the purpose of making the masks available to the primary health centers free of charge. KLCA’s mission is to make low-quality masks available to the public.

All the parishioners are involved in the project in collaboration with Little Flower Church, Kaloor. The masks are manufactured using raw materials imported from the US with a thorough hygiene control. Pottakuzhy parish vicar Fr. Sebastian Karukapalli confirmed the news. The decision of the church leadership is to make maximum masks within a week and bring them to the primary health centers.
