Dusseldorf: Hundreds of Christians in Dusseldorf, the capital city of the North Rhine-Westphalia state in the wake of the Corona epidemic, have found a way to mourn. Believers participated in the mourning rituals in their own vehicles, keeping the government’s safe social distance in the vast parking area. City Mayor Thomas Gisele and his wife have come here to share their rituals.

A small group of Catholic and Evangelical clergymen gathered in a specially prepared venue to observe the mourning rituals through the window of their vehicles. The scrimmage was held in the Dusseldorf Convention Ground for visitors. Believers arrived in vehicles, from scooters to large SUVs, parked their vehicles in a safe distance and prayed and sang songs. Catholic priest Fr. Led by Frank Heidkamp and Evangelical priest Heinrich Fachs.
