Rome: Churches, including the St. Peter’s Basilica, which have not been open to the public for the past two months, will open their doors on Monday. The Basilica has already begun sanitation and disinfection operations under the direction of the Department of Health and Sanitation to take safety precautions. Extremely careful cleaning is done because disinfectant materials can damage valuable shrines in the temple.

Swiss Guards and Malta Order Volunteers are arranging the entrance to the Temple of the Believers. Admission is made after inspection, including a thermal scanner that measures body temperature. It was agreed between the Italian Bishops’ Conference representatives and the Italian government officials that the coronation of the Corona Terror was closed on May 7. The temples are opened with strict guidelines. The preparations for this are in the final stages of the procession.
