The International Ministerial Conference on Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) is being organized by the British Government in London. The conference will be held on 5 and 6 July in central London.
The aim of the conference is to strengthen international efforts to ensure freedom of religion or belief. The themes undertaken this year include preventing violations and abuses; protecting and promoting freedom of religion or belief. This conference will bring the members of the International Religious Freedom or Belief Alliance (IRFBA) which is a coalition of 36 countries.
This is the first in- person International Ministerial Conference in this matter since 2019.
