Iringalakuda: Former Vicar General and Chancellor of the Diocese of Iringalakuda, Rev. Dr. Jose Irimpan, 64, passed away. The priest is the son of other Devasikutty and Annakutty. He had studied at Thrissur Minor Seminary and Aluva Seminary. Ordained on 22nd December 1980, he obtained his doctorate in Canon law from the Oriental Institute in Rome. He was previously the Director of the Pastoral Center of the Iringalakuda Diocese. He had served in the Chennai Mission and Cathedral Parish. He was a professor of Canon law at several seminaries.
