LONDON (Reuters) – British musicians have dedicated their lives to the glory of God in the days of quarantine. Four friends – John Gul, Roxani Gul, Francesca Burbela and Chris Heim – who live together in their home in the English city of Lester because of a government-announced lockdown, have partnered with social media to sing a hymn to the Bible. John Gul-Roxani Gul is a couple and professional singers.

Roxani Gul said that she did not expect her song to reach thousands of people and that she had begun to compose the one hundred and seventy-one chapter of the psalm solely for the benefit of Facebook friends. During the lockdown, they plan to record one song each week and send it to the local church. It is hoped that the devotional songs that the devotees will be able to console in the event of the closure of the shrines. John Gull was a member of the choir of King’s College, Cambridge.
