Guwahati: The International Human Rights Council has recognized Archbishop Emeritus Thomas Menaparampil for the ‘Ambassador for Peace’ award. The award will be conferred on December 9, 2019 in New Delhi amidst an August gathering of honorable from across the country. The award has been recognized by many renowned world leaders. One among them is Dalai Lama.
