A unique rosary exhibition with a collection of 50,000 rosaries from 80 countries were on a display at the Rosario Cathedral in Mangalore. The four-day exhibition was inaugurated by His Excellency Bishop Aloysius Paul D’Souza of Mangalore on November 9, 2017. Apart from rosaries, the exhibition had more than 200 unique statues of Mother Mary and 100 Holy Cross.

As reported by ucanindia.in, Fr. J B Crasta, parish priest of Rosario Cathedral remarked that “The exhibition was organized by Sabu Caiter from Kerala, a businessman by profession and rosary collector by passion.” Further, he added,” This was a first-of-its-kind exhibition in undivided Dakshina Kannada district for Sabu it’s the 125th.”

Sabu Caiter has a collection of more than 50,000 rosaries and some of these include rosaries used by St. Mother Theresa and blessed by St. Pope John Paul II and he wishes to enter Guinness world record by organizing more of such exhibitions and his family has dedicated itself to organizing such exhibitions across the country free of cost.
