Vatican City: Pope Francis has handed over gifts he received to an online auction to help support health workers in northern Italy during COVID. Papa donated the prize, including a bicycle gifted by three-time champion Peter Segan at the World Cycling Championships. The proceeds will be used exclusively for the welfare of health workers, including nurses and doctors at hospitals that serve patients with CVD. The auction, which is being held from June 8 to August 8, will be hosted by the charity’s Stars.com website.
