KOCHI: Infam national secretary-general Chevalier Advocate VC Sebastian has urged the central and state governments to abolish the brutal wild animals laws that protect animals and fail to regard the existence of human beings. It has become an everlasting thing for man to die on his own farm because of the violence of wild animals. Those who condemn the elephant’s slumbering are unjustly brutalized by the reaction of the man who died in the violence of the wild, the tiger and the wild boar. He said India was deteriorating into a country where there is no law on human security.

Laws are created in the legislature and the parliament. Representatives perform this duty in the legislature. Officials are the only people who enforce the rules created by the House of Representatives. Therefore, the representatives of the people should be prepared to repeal the laws that are killing people. The real culprits are the people’s representatives who abscond from their responsibilities despite thousands of human lives being destroyed by the violence of wild animals. VB Sebastian added that unless the wildlife law amendments provide for immediate action against wild animal violence, the people, including farmers, will be forced to sue the government and the government for violating existing laws.
