As the monsoon hit harder the Kalyan Eparchy Youth proudly conducted their 2018 Rain Camp for the graduated and working youth which consisted of almost 140 energetic and dynamic youth who were knit together from 27th to 29th of July’18 as the camp started from Panvel –Arc and thereby conquering Visapur Fort in Pune.

The three day stay and trek was enough to get the KEY members closer as there were various games and jam session wherein people showcased their talents and thereby merrily roamed around the corners tramping over the mud and enjoying the magnificent mountains that kept calling them.

The blue- pounding waterfalls were a mesmerizing view to ones eye, and KEY was luckily enough to walk through the leafy paradise. The youth were glad that they could interact with Mr. Jahan Peston Jamas the Director and one amongst the founders of BOHECO.

Amongst the trekkers was Ms.Lekha Chacko who remarked saying that “I always wanted to come for the Rain Camp since I was a teen due to work constraints and busy scheduled life I couldn’t. But this year with sheer determination and the love for travelling and trekking I decided to embark on this wonderful journey with the gleeful and lively youth and made new friends too.”And the trip came to a conclusion with heavy hearts not letting go of the friendship that they would cherish for years to come.
