Manila: The Philippines has been honored by Archbishop Gabriel Kazia, who has been appointed Vatican ambassador to the Philippines. President Rodrigo Duterte paid tribute to Gabriel Cassia. The Order of Cicatuna is a recognition of the country’s diplomatic representatives who assist various countries in strengthening their ties with the Philippines and of their own diplomatic representatives in the Philippines.

Pope Francis has recently appointed Gabriel Cassia as a permanent observer of the Vatican in the United Nations. Archbishop Gabriel Cassia said he hoped his mission would help to avoid wars and protect human rights. He will take over soon.
