Historical records tell us very little about the life of St. Joseph, however, we all know about the saint, the holy husband of Mary, the foster father of Jesus, a carpenter, and a poor man. We also know that he was of the royal line of David.

His father was a lover of labor. He was satisfied with the wages paid. He lived a hard and stressful life, trusting in the heritage of the God of heaven, who feeds the birds of the sky and adorns the lilies of the field. Saint Joseph was born poor, so he had a fatherly love for the poor.

He served as a veil in a human incarnation and saved a Child Jesus from enemies. Joseph played an important role in the rescue. He also worked hard to protect and nurture the Divine Son.

According to the records of the Holy Father in the documents, he was a compassionate man and, above all, doing God’s will. He was always ready for the prosperity of the family. Since we cannot see the Holy Father in Jesus’ public life, death, and resurrection, many historians believe that Joseph died before Jesus began His public life.

The Holy Father is the arbiter of many things. He is venerated as the mediator of the mission of the global church, the bed of death, and the missionaries. From time to time, ‘May Day’ is dedicated to working people. Pope Pius XII has said that the feast of St. Joseph, the Father would emphasize the dignity of the profession and provide a spiritual aspect to the trade unions.

It is a great blessing to honor the holy young Father, Joseph, the foster father of Jesus and a spokesman for the global church. The liturgical index has two feasts in the name of St. Joseph. First, the feast of the Holy Father is celebrated on the 19th of March and the second on May 1 as the laborer.

“The Holy Father was a very spiritual man. A man of faith, because he listened to the words of the living God, not the saint’s own words. His heart was always willing to accept the truth contained in the words of God who lives in silence. ”These are the words of Pope John Paul II.

In the liturgy, there is a synthesis of religious instruction that highlights the importance of human labor in light of faith. In the opening prayer of the Second Vatican Council documents on the Church in the modern world, God, the Creator and Sustainer of the universe, states that men and women of all ages are required to develop their talents and use them for the benefit of others.

Saint Joseph’s liturgical rituals for Father’s Day, which upholds the right to work, is a message to be heard and understood in this modern society. In the documents published by Pope John Paul XXIII, Paul VI, and John Paul II, there are references to Christian spirituality that are to be attributed to one’s profession, following the example of Saint Joseph. The documents add that there is a certain dignity to work while protecting the family.
