Fr. Franklin Joseph, the director of Kalyan Media Cell(KMC), a communication media platform and official media Apostolate of Eparchy, in his speech on the 1st Anniversary of KMC on 9th July 2017, conveyed the significance of Kalyan Media Cell and focused on explaining its evolution and the way the media cell has been running successfully with the help of many master brains and dedicated minds behind it.
Reflecting on the words of Pope Francis who said, “ Let us boldly become citizens of the digital world. ”, Fr.Franklin compared KMC to a small baby who has been crying since a long time but in each step has always moved forward by learning from the fall . He reminded that “ KMC tried to venture out with projects, there may have been instances where it has stumbled and fallen down . However , it is because of the love , support and guidance of all the members in KMC, that it never lost its will to move ahead.”
Fr. Franklin concluded by emphasizing that, “It has been one year, and like a baby, even KMC has made many commendable progresses. ” Further, he continued, “ Let us join our hands together to support KMC in its nourishment to greater heights. Let us nurture the future of Kalyan Media Cell.”
