“Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.” (Hebrews 13:16 )

When you help someone, it lights up not only their world but yours as well and it makes everyone happy. When you help and when people share their problems with each other, it gives us an opportunity to overcome that problem with alternative solutions and this gives us hope to live a happier life. But today, when we look at the world, we can see that we have forgotten to help each other, everyone is so busy making their life that they just forgot to live a generous life. St. William of Bourges teaches us a lot about helping each other.

When we start to help others, it is us who gain respect in the society and this will inspire others to be helpful as well. St. Williams of Bourges is a true example of how to help others once he quoted, “Judge nothing before the time until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the darkness and will make manifest the counsels of the heart.”

When we help a person, we are trying to spread smile in their life which would indirectly reflect in our life. The moment we help a person at that time, we understand the true meaning of respect, love and care. It is always like when you help three people and he continues to help another three people and likewise, this chain continues. Where there is a help, there is a ray of humanity, which will help the entire world to become a better place. Help can only bring people closer to you so as to make one another happy.
