Kottayam: Archbishop Mar Mathew Moolakkad said that reconciliation is the key to fostering harmony and unity in the community and encouraging the personal and ecclesiastical community to share and experience God’s love. He was speaking at the inauguration of the centenary anniversary of the Malankara Reunification and the granting of the Synod of the Antioch in the Kerala Catholic Church.
The Archbishop also conducted the centenary of the logo release. At the inauguration, Malankara Metropolitan gave thanks to Mar Joseph Pandarasheril for the support of the Archdiocese at the Christ Church Cathedral, Kottayam. In the Word of Life, Mar Joseph Pandarasurel said, “Reconciliation is possible only through growth in fellowship.”
Malankara Region Vicar General, Kottayam Archdiocese, Fr. Vicar General of the Archdiocese, Fr. Michael Vettikat, and the clergy were co-workers. He then offered incense at the grave of the greeting fathers. Representatives of the Archdiocese and other communities, representatives of the Pastoral Council, and representatives of the Malankara parishes participated in the service.
