According to His Excellency Bishop Mar Joseph Pallikaparambil of Palai Diocese, Easter is an example provided by Jesus Christ who sacrificed his life for us. His Grace Bishop Pallikaparambil was addressing the faithful gathered at a function organized by Sanmanasu association in which wheelchairs, walkers, food items, clothes were distributed to the needy and underprivileged ones.
Pala Municipal Chairperson Professor Celin Roy Thakidiyel presided over the function. Diocese Vicar General Msgr. Joseph Maleparambil addressed the gathering with his Easter message. Sanmanasu association President M V George offered his keynote speech.
