New York: The International Pontifical Charity Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) has intervened to help Catholic priests and nuns who are active in situations of high risk of disease worldwide following the coronary epidemic. ACN has announced a $ 55 million emergency grant.

Priests and nuns from around the world have come to the aid of food and other aid to the needy among the poorest people following the COVID. The financial burden is a major concern for them. It is in this context that emergency financing is expected to be of great help to clergy and nuns to continue their spiritual and social services.

ACN Executive President Thomas Heyne-Jelden Pae said they wanted to help the brave clergy and nuns who strive to bring God’s love and compassion to their suffering brothers in the wake of corona amongst humanity. “We would also like to thank the donors for this financial assistance,” he said.
