Holy Father Pope Francis while addressing the faithful gathered at St. Peters Square, Vatican , conveyed the significance of having a true and strong faith on which the Lord may build up his Church since the foundation of the Church has to be strong. His Holiness also highlighted and reiterated the important roles that have been entrusted to each one and asked the pilgrims to understand and fulfill their duties responsibly.

As reported by news.va, Holy Father Pope Francis reflected on the Bible verses from the book of St. Matthew, in which the Lord asks the disciples, “Who do you say that I am?” and Peter responds, “You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God”, His Holiness explained that “Christ desires to build His Church with us , the house with solid foundations, which nevertheless does not want cracks, and which always needs to be reformed, repaired, as in the time of St. Assisi.”

His Holiness concluded the message by reminding the faithful that no stone is useless and in the hands of Jesus even the little stones become precious because He picks it up , looks at it with tenderness, works it with Spirit and puts it in the right place.
