A night vigil would be conducted at Chinese Community Church, Washington D.C, for all the persecuted Christians all over the world, by the International Christian Concern organization. There will be panel discussions and other significant meetings as a part of the night vigil, to discuss the problems faced by the Christians globally and will try to seek solutions respectively. Many faithful from different countries are expected to participate in the night vigil.

As reported by pravachakasabdam.com, Asif, a faithful who came to participant in the night vigil from Pakistan remarked that “Christians are seen as low-class citizens in Pakistan and more than 100 Christians are jailed for proclaiming their faith in the country. I am proud of this fact that though many Christians are imprisoned in Pakistan under the blasphemy law, none of them have converted themselves into Muslims.”

The problems faced by the Christians in Iran, North Korea, Egypt, Pakistan, Cuba and violence against women, would be discussed in the panel. As per a recent research, it is proved that Christians are the most persecuted people in the whole world. “The Centre for Studies on New Religions,” says that in 2016, 90,000 Christians were killed for their faith.
