Jerusalem: Year 2019 is the year that the Bible has been repeatedly proved to be historical truth. The list of the ten most important archaeological finds in the past year has been revealed in connection with the Bible, which was compiled by the Bible Archeology Report. Topping the list is the inscription bearing the name of Nathan-Melech, the old Jewish empire discovered in early 2019 from the city of David in Jerusalem. The terms ‘Rajadasan’ and ‘Nathan-Melak’ are found in the Bible.

Nathan-Melech is mentioned in the book of Kings in the Old Testament (2 Kings 23:11). Nathan Melek and the men mentioned in the Bible are the same person mentioned in the inscription: In August last year, Dr. Johnston was born in Sylva, West Bank. Second on the list is a horn discovered by a team of archaeologists led by Scott Stripling. According to researchers, the horn was one of the four corners of the altar of the tabernacle in the Book of Kings of the Old Testament.

“As soon as you heard this, you caught the altar of the altar in the Lord’s tent. The Bible says that “he was with Adonijah, though he did not support Absalom.” (1 Kings 2:28). Nine of the 10 discoveries listed are in Israel. The only discovery outside Israel is a stone altar found in Atarot in modern Jordan. The list also includes part of a wall of the time of Rehoboam, son of Solomon.

This wall is specifically mentioned in the Bible’s Chronicles (2 Chronicles 11: 5-10). This is strong evidence of the Jewish Empire. Brian Windle, who works behind the table, says that each successive discovery is expanding our knowledge of the Bible. Each of the findings provides evidence that the Bible is historically true. Researchers are hoping to see more evidence in the coming years.
